Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for all paid services on the QRConnectMe platform, operated by OIQRCS LLP (GSTIN: 32AAKFO2458A1ZN). All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

1. QR Tag Purchase (Rs. 699, inclusive of GST)

Non-Refundable

Scenario	Reason
Tag successfully activated and linked to vehicle	Service delivered — QR tag is live and functional
Owner deactivates tag via Kill Switch after activation	Voluntary deactivation is not a refund-eligible event
Incorrect vehicle details entered during purchase or registration	Data accuracy is the responsibility of the registrant

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking used at the time of payment)
• Refund processing time: 5-7 business days from the date of approval
• GST on refunds: The price of Rs. 699 is inclusive of GST, and a refund covers the full amount paid, including the GST component. Where a GST invoice has already been issued for a refunded payment, we will issue a corresponding credit note as required under the GST Act
• Razorpay processes the actual fund transfer — timelines may vary based on your bank
• You will receive an SMS notification when the refund is initiated

4. Cancellation

Tag Deactivation (Kill Switch)

Vehicle owners can deactivate a QR tag at any time using the Kill Switch feature in the Owner App. This immediately disables the tag — public scans will no longer resolve. Tag deactivation is not a cancellation of purchase and does not qualify for a refund.

Account Deletion

You may request complete account deletion by contacting support. Upon deletion:

• All active QR tags linked to your account will be deactivated
• Your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed

5. Disputes

If you believe a refund was wrongly denied, you may escalate the matter by emailing qrconnectme@gmail.com with "REFUND DISPUTE" in the subject line. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact Razorpay's dispute resolution team or your card-issuing bank.
