This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for all paid services on the QRConnectMe platform. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

To request a refund, contact us with your registered phone number, payment reference ID (from Razorpay), and a brief description of the issue.
Vehicle owners can deactivate a QR tag at any time using the Kill Switch feature in the Owner App. This immediately disables the tag — public scans will no longer resolve. Tag deactivation is not a cancellation of purchase and does not qualify for a refund.
You may request complete account deletion by contacting support. Upon deletion:
If you believe a refund was wrongly denied, you may escalate the matter by emailing qrconnectme@gmail.com with "REFUND DISPUTE" in the subject line. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact Razorpay's dispute resolution team or your card-issuing bank.
